While we recognize September as the ninth month, it was the seventh month on the early Roman calendar, and according to Richard J. Oldale in his article “The Spiritual Meaning of Number Seven” August 1, 2017, seven is a divine number, and it contains a power that can be used to manifest by accessing your higher self through imagination, awareness, and visualization.

These are attributes one should develop if one wishes to change the trajectory of one’s life. So why is it important to develop these skills?  To begin, we must understand what they are. Let’s look at them one at a time.

Imagination is one of the six mental faculties given to us by our creator. Imagination enables us to make something out of nothing by first creating an image of it in our minds. It is through our imagination that we create our dreams for manifesting a life we love. If we can lean into our imagination with the same innocence and joy of a child, our vibrational frequency rises to match that of our dream, and if we do what we can with what we have from where we are, our dreams become a reality.

Awareness can be defined as a spiritual sensitivity to the power to bring about transformational change that dwells within each of us. When we know our thoughts and feelings, we have a deeper understanding of ourselves. If we know ourselves better, we make better choices. One of the five tools of dream building is “NOTICE WHAT YOU ARE NOTICING.” By paying attention to our longings and discontent, we discover those areas in our lives where the potential for growth and development exists.

Visualization is the process of picturing in your mind what could be and believing it is already happening. In dream building, we help our clients visualize a life they love living in four areas: health and well-being, love and relationships, vocation or creative endeavor, and time and money freedom.

If you want to change the trajectory of your life, it is important that you recognize the importance of having some level of proficiency in the three skills.

This month is a perfect time to do a self-assessment in the four areas of your life and pay attention to your still, small voice that points out areas of longing and/or discontent and ask yourself, what would I love for my life in each of these areas? This month is also a perfect time to sign up for a complimentary discovery session with me. I have spent the last six years up leveling my understanding of the importance of using my imagination, raising my awareness of what matters to me, and visualizing a life I love living, and I can help you calibrate your vision and discuss some possible ways that I might support you on your journey.  It’s easy: go to www.transformationalwellnessservices.com and under the contact heading, select schedule a session with Rich. If none of the times shown work for you, email me (rich@t-w-services.com) with some alternatives, and I will work to open time in my schedule to accommodate you.

I will close with the following quotes.

” Imagination is more important than knowledge…”; Albert Enistein

“The key to growth is the introduction of higher dimensions of consciousness into our awareness.”; Lao Tzu

“Visualization is daydreaming with a purpose.”; Bo Bennett
